Applied online...after chasing up via Linkedin I got a reply three weeks later. A phone interview was then arranged with person A but person B called me instead. Most of the questions seemed to be focussed on pinning down my exact age rather than skillset and experience albeit he tried to suggest the opposite which was not very convincing.
