First they sent me some translation tests to do at home, regarding translations between my mother tongue and english. After these tests, they invited me to go to Frankfurt for an interview. Before the interview there was another written test. The interview was held by 3-4 people in english (knowledge of german was not required). Not a difficult interview, but you have to be careful since they have a lot of candidates for the job and there is a lot of competition.
