I applied for the role online while traveling, and was contacted the same day to interview for the position. Since I was out of town, I did three rounds of interviews over the phone. My interviewers were very friendly and informal, and while they did ask most of the standard interview questions, I never felt put on the spot. I think we all quickly arrived at the mutual decision that it was a good fit. About a week after first being in touch, they made me an offer which I accepted.
