It is long but worth it; all the managers are very nice and they are not there to trick you. They genuinely want people with attitude who can learn fast

Informal and not very transparent interview process. After a nice 2nd conversation and excitement for next steps from their side, I was ghosted by the interviewer (manager of CS) who was cleary too overworked.

The communications were very professional. I received an email to schedule a conference call which took place 2 days later. I was told what the next steps were, and it was all clearly mapped out. 5 days later I received an email with explanation of why I was not moving forward in the process which I found very professional.
