Best interview process I have ever experienced. First, started with a little email exchange, a face-to-face lunch with one of their co-founders, then some good old-fashioned technical grilling by a very talented technical team. After this, we discussed company vision and some of the culture of ecobee. I think their HR department understands the importance of talent and ensuring you have everything you need to be successful and happy. Unlike what another reviewer said, I thought they didn't discuss salary at inappropriate times and I think they're more than fair.
