I went through two interviews with Ecobee, including a technical interview that required significant preparation and case work. It has now been over a month and I have received no feedback, not even a rejection email. After reaching out to HR for an update, I was completely ghosted.
It feels ironic that a company asking candidates to “be an expert” and invest so much time cannot provide the basic courtesy of communication or closure. For an organization that promotes itself as having a healthy and respectful work culture, this was a disappointing experience and leaves a poor impression of their recruitment process.

Entretien
Overall, it was a positive interview experience. The interviewer was professional and explained the role clearly. The process was organized, though some questions felt fairly standard and didn’t go very deep. Communication was timely, and I appreciated the transparency about expectations. A solid experience overall.

Entretien
it was phone interview for about half an hour about my education and experience. The hiring manager asked me about HVAC system, how to troubleshoot wiring problem and some behavioral question. At the end, he asked about salary expectations. Overall, experience was good as it was my first job interview.
