There is a role play session during the interview. The whole process is comfortable and not difficult. There are 3 steps of the recruitment process, case study, interview with team lead, interview with HOD. It took about 2 weeks. Taking about the interview process, it is not so stressful.

I get a phone call from HR to confirm the interview date and explain the job description. HR asked whether I'm interested in this position or not because I applied for a different position at first. The interview took around 20 minutes with a face-to-face interview.
