Lowest salary for RNs on the market in this field đ ââïž No thank you.
The interview was 2/10. They interviewer kept discussing culture but the office look bleak and depressing đȘ
.
The online interview was simple enough, basic questions with a good vibe. I was then invited to a group interview with around 12 applicants, all varying from EN's to RN's. We did some ice-breaking activities and scenarios. A few days after the interview I received a call saying they hired other applicants.
A few months later, I see the same ad again. I applied, interviewed, and was subsequently rejected again. It appears that they prefer to hire ENs, which is understandable, but make it known so RN's don't waste their time.
It's also a bit worrying I've noticed the same advertisement multiple times since my applications. Either they're expanding VERY rapidly, or staff are leaving too quickly, and it's usually the latter.

Question 1
Why do you want to work in alternative healthcare?
Very basic a 30 min interview then if you progress a in-person interview which was for an hour. I think they are looking for ENs rather than RNs I did not get the role.
