The HR didn't take my interview because she had spoken to me over the phone and forward my CV to a manager who didn't take any interest in me or in my CV. He was sitting laidback.I told him that I want to pursue marketing course after a few years and he became aggressive by hearing this and said then why I was applying for the technical recruitment job and I told him this job requires good written and spoken communication and negotiation skills, however by that time he had made his mind not to hire me.
But it's fine.After all, it's a typical BPO.
Interview process was simple and good
The feedback was given on time and not taken too much time for onboarding process and hr behaviour was nice
I was selected in it and started within 10 day's
Two rounds of interview it was nicely handled by team.
Good questions good procedure.
questions asked was also good. and nothing more.
internal team interview procedures are good but team is not cooperative after selections
