Had a phone screen with the recruiter about this position.
Interview went well, but she declined to give me a salary range for the position, and also wasn't interested in hearing about my current salary. Just said that they "pay very well" for a small company.
Went on Glassdoor and the position pays $8k less than what I currently make, and the position is supposed to a promotion from my current job. It's always been my experience to stay away from companies that refuse to discuss a salary range or don't ask what you're currently making. Thank goodness for sites like Glassdoor, I'm glad I didn't receive a callback.
