      I went through SEVERAL rounds of interviews with SEVERAL different people within the company - most of which told me in the interview they did not know why they were meeting with me, as they never conducted an interview prior, and would not be working with me. The initial person who would have been my direct supervisor left due to a disagreement with the owner/CEO, and this left a bad impression of him. I met with the owner/CEO once during my interview process, and he was pleasant enough - then I heard the horror stories. After I had already been through FIVE interviews, I was over the unacceptable hoops I was being forced to go through, and decided to withdraw my application. Not only did one of the employees I interviewed with bad mouth this man, my friend who was working there who referred me began seeing his true colors. He is condesending to his employees, and uses abusive language, calls them "stupid", and tells them "this is why I don't like to hire 20-something's." He wasted over 2 months of my time because he is indecisive, and I'm sure could not tell my age, and knows it was illegal to ask. For the record homie, I'm not in my 20's, and even if I were, I still had more class and respect at 25 than you do in your 50's.

      Questions were inconsistent between each person I interview with, and some did not ask questions, and told me all the horrible things about the company.
