The interview process went quite well. For me, it was only one round (phone screen initially), though for others you may experience multiple rounds depending on your role. I interviewed with HR, FP&A, and the Controller from Accounting. The interview was a complete slam-dunk and it was clear that I was going to get the job from my positive interactions with the team. I was mostly asked questions about my background and experience, and my technical knowledge. I was a good fit coming from Big Four and with about 3 years of industry experience as a manager under my belt. I believe I got the offer that same day. This is not common and it just happened that I was a good fit. Most of the time the process can take weeks, so hang tight if you don't hear back right away.
