Entretien
I First applied on a job site then I was called back by a very gentle Hr I had a 15 minutes first phone interview with. After 2 weeks I received an email by the Edreams Hr specialist and planned 2 skype interview for the following week. The first interview was with the Hr specialist. It was all about salary expectations, work availability, motivations. The second one was with the Project manager. This time the answers were more technical and very specific of the position I was applying for. I admit this second interview was much more interesting than the first one, and the communication went ok, the manager was very open minded and really informal. Each interview lasted about 45 minutes.

Entretien
Overall process was great! It was a fast and well organized, feedback was provided in every step of the way. I had one interview with HR and a second interview with the team´s managers, in which I had to present a Business Case.

Entretien
An interview lasted 2,5 hours. I have had an interview first with the CRM Manager, going through the scope of activities they do and others. It has included a campaign (Eshots) analysis. Next was with HR, going through work experience and the way I prefer to work etc. Lastly, an interview with Head of CRM and CRM manager, again going through work experience, including also an exercise of copy writing.
