Initial communications were good with the contact in Human Resources. However, once I reached the Skype interview stage with who would have been my manager - the process quickly took a turn for the worse. I was asked the most inappropirate and illegal questions you could imagine! I was asked bluntly how old I was (which had no relevance to how well I could do the job) and was then asked 20 questions about my personal life. These ranged from what my living situation was (and with whom) to how much money I had in my account. I found these questions to be horribly inappropriate and unnecessary to how well I could perform the job. I was extremely disappointed as the London office had such a good reputation. The Barcelona office must conduct themselves in another manner entirely. Don't waste your time applying to jobs with this company, they will clearly not think twice about wasting your time.
