Recently I attended a walk-in interview at eClinicalWorks for a QA position. The overall process felt quite slow and unorganized. There were many candidates present, but the number of interview panelists seemed limited, which caused long waiting times between rounds.
After completing two rounds, I was informed during the walk-in that HR would connect with me later for a remote round. However, the next day I received a message stating that I was not selected. This was a bit confusing since the communication during the interview suggested further discussion.
The interview experience itself was fine, but the coordination and communication could have been clearer. It would be helpful if the company manages walk-in drives with better planning, more interview panels, and transparent updates to candidates regarding the final decision.
