I reached the venue at the prescribed time. We had given a sheet to fill the details about personal and current job. Which followed by essay writing. After submitting the details and essay we were told to wait followed by HR round along with aptitude test and operational round. In HR round they asked the details about present job and few calculation question and just not answering those questions my friend was told dat he had poor analytical skills and wer offered a job way below his present status. I think dat was too rude. Just from 2 or 3 questions u cant judge the analytical skills of a person and he was told to leave. He left wit the decision dat he will not appear for eclerx again ever. And HR guyz asking square and square roots is not helpful for this profile, is it????
