I did an interview for this company. The first one with HR was okay. Then I had to do the programming test that lasted a week. I sent it and then after one week from submitting it I has no response. I sent a follow up about it also no response. Then after another week (2 weeks in total) I received the default email "we will not proceed with your application", no feedback about the excersice or anything. Then I requested the feedback, as expected no response again. This shows disrespect to me and the to whole process. The person who spends the time to do the exercise deserves a feedback.
