A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn, followed by a phone screen with a tech lead and interviews with two directors: the senior director (hiring manager), the VP, and the VP and Chief Architect.

2 - Call with recruiter, he was very transparent of compensation
3 - Call the hiring manager
4 - Maybe more step, but they did not move forward with the process
A series of panel interviews, lots of redundancy in questions. Some of the panel members took up all the time talking themselves. No technical questions whatsoever. Appreciated the hiring manager's approach though.
