General questions about the past experiences, technologies etc. Interviewers were little confused about what to ask. Someone from Development started asking question as if he was interviewing a college pass out. Little hesitant about what to tell about the existing product. Seemed like they were not quite experienced in management yet (at least the ones I met upto a Sr. Director level).
