Very well, supportive and clear instructions. Would recommend it. They have good communication and all. But pretty difficult questions. I got rejected but good experience overall. Ebay was clear through the process and didnt ignore

telephonic then in-person i got rejected in telephonic itself . asked few questions about java and oops concepts and some coding question and one analytical question just asked how you will solve that in an optimized manner
