The interview process was pretty straightforward. The first round was with the hiring manager and a peer, and the second round was with the VP of the Detection & Enforcement Team.
The first round focused on behavioral and job-based questions, and we also discussed my background. I had a great connection with the interviewers — when you interview a lot, you can tell when it clicks!
The final round was more of a culture fit conversation. The VP was direct in his questions but also very approachable and kind. Overall, it was a very positive interview experience.
The position was offered on a hybrid model at eBay’s Blanchardstown HQ in Dublin, Ireland.
