Was interviewed over three rounds- one with the Technical Manager, one with the CEO, and the last with a department head. Was told I was a great company fit and aced all technical and culture questions. After a month of waiting I pulled my application. I was ghosted after three rounds of interviews. My advice to candidates: continue interviewing and exploring more transparent and honest opportunities while you go through the process.
