The recruiter took many weeks to setup the initial phone screen and spent most of the 30 minutes talking about his past career instead of the company or the role. In a workers market like this, this is unacceptable and it's very clear that I don't want to work at this company even if I received an offer.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez dv01 (New York, NY) en janv. 2019
Entretien
An internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn to interview at dv01. Following the recruiter call, I had a call with an engineering VP, followed by a data exercise (done via google hangouts), and then finally an onsite where I met with 6 team members.
Though the process had 4 separate rounds, the whole process took only 2-3 weeks. Feedback was given within minutes of each step leading up to the onsite, and a final decision was given within 24 hours of leaving my onsite.
The onsite portion of the interview was pretty long, but structured really well. One of the first interviews was a product demo which was very helpful for understanding what the company does and how the product is used. All the interviewers were well coordinated in terms of not duplicating questions.
Overall, dv01 seemed to take great care in the candidate experience, and ensuring both parties learn as much as they can about each other.
