Started off fantastically - quick to respond to my application and incredibly friendly and open first call with the recruiter. Was followed by a 2nd meeting with someone in the team which was more of a conversation and they were unsure of the process and what was going on with the hiring manager and the role. Never heard anything back, despite chasing. It was a really interesting opportunity but there was a poor breakdown of comms.

Pros: The team themself are wonderful. Exceptionally kind, professional, and a real pleasure to interview with. Cons: The talent team skipped meetings they booked, they never responded to emails, and generally couldn't be gotten a hold of. It's a real shame as it severely drags down an otherwise great process.
