Standard interviewing process with HR and Technology staff. Very biased towards the internal staff as they prefer someone who is already well aware about the network as compared to a more experienced outsider. Mostly preference is given to a UAE national. But if the expatriate/immigrant is well experienced then consideration is taken. Referrals also play a key role as it is not purely a meritocracy based organization.

Interview was about technical concepts. The interviewer asked about different concepts one by one. He was interested in knowing about the knowledge and technical concepts. He asked few scanario based questions as well.
