It started with a request for a call with a recruiter. Being a UK company with an Australian branch the recuiter was quite respectful and apologetic for asking to speak to me during my evening time. Throughout the whole process, Hayley always emailed first to check in if I was available to speak during my evenings, before calling me to talk about the next stage. I had a handful of 8am interviews to best accomodate speaking with my potential manager in the US, and Australian dotted line manager. It was a friendly experience overall. I never felt interrogated!
