I was invited to an interview the same day I applied. Office manager was very friendly and welcoming, so that put me in a good mood straightaway. Two people interviewed me: one was very laid back, and chilled; the other one was very sophisticated and tricky to read. They *both* had some interesting, yet provocative questions under their sleeve though. It was some sort of a debate on interior design industry/styles/competition, my/their expectations, work philosophy, etc. They seek for a 'personality' really. They want you to be eager to learn, be a go-getter, confident, have your point of view, and not be afraid to stand up for yourself.
