My interview was below average. I was asked a couple questions about previous employment along with why I wanted the job and that was it. Other than that, I was offered the position at the end and my application was placed into background which took about a week.

Very brief interview lasting no longer than 15 min and asked what I would do in certain scenarios that could happen in the store. Then they did a little personality test to see if I would be a fit among the other employees

It was pretty easy. The manager asked pretty simple questions. Just make sure to score high on the personality quiz you take online during your application, I heard they look at your results to see if they will give you an interview or not.

interviewed about a week after submitting online application. interviewer was very professional and through. explained details of what is expected from the job. explained benefits and perks of the job.
