J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez dataxu
Entretien
About 3 phone interviews and 3 face to face interviews. Questions were standard - though it was obvious that several people conducting the interviews hadn't taken the time to review your resume before you interview.

Question 1
I was asked several "canned" interview questions - nothing of real substance or relevent to the actual position.

I had an initial interview with the hiring manager that went very well. I then had several interviews with HR and members of the team, all voted to move me forward and so I met with the hiring manager again. It was a brief meeting, to prepare to meet with even more people there. I was excited about the meeting but unfortunately he seemed to be tired, in a bad mood and it was an awkward meeting. He cancelled the subsequent meetings and that was it. I've never had a follow up interview go so poorly after so many positive ones and I received no feedback, other than they decided to go with someone else. It was a surprising turn of events, but given the circumstances, I'm glad I didn't get the job.

I had an overall positive experience. Everyone was very nice and invested a lot of time in the candidate screening process. Good job!
It became clear pretty quickly that there is quite a lot of pressure on all teams. I quote: "If you start here, you need to be very tough." I am not sure if this is a very nice first impression, but maybe this is just the way things go in the programmatic landscape at the moment.
