Talked to recruiter over phone Did 2 back-to-back 1-hour tech screens. Leetcode-style questions, medium difficulty Then did a full-day onsite (virtual): talked to leadership and coded up a project which I presented at the end of day. Overall very engaging experience

Tic Tac Toe
Interviewer is so vague with question clarification. To save you some trouble, let me explain the question here, design a tic tac toe game, where you can simulate two players, generate valid moves, announce winner and print the final board.

We did a standard remote tech screen doing a coding question, then did a full day on-the-job style exercise with a demo at the end. The full day piece was tailored to my anticipated role in the company.

The core focus was on a many-hour coding assignment. I would say I got stuck for some period of time on difficulties but, as I was able to describe how I got stuck and otherwise make good progress, I still received an offer.
