First, I received a phone call in which I was asked a few questions. I was told that my responses would be shared with the hiring manager and if the hiring manager decides to proceed I will be contacted to schedule an interview. A week after my phone interview, I was contacted via email to schedule an in person interview, which I did. At the interview I was told that I will be contacted once any feedback is received or I may follow up in at least 2 weeks. I followed up 2 weeks after the interview and was told I would be contacted by the end of that week or early the following week once any feedback is received.

The questions asked were the same as any other interview. One of the two interviewers was incredibly cold and condescending. She talks down to you like you're a child that is incapable of completing the most simple tasks. The first interviewer says you'll hear back once "feedback" is available. However, the company doesn't even have enough respect to actually follow up with interviewees. If the company can't respect you throughout the interviewing process, why would they value you as an employee? At no point was the pay for the position disclosed. Basically, this company seems like nothing more than a huge waste of time.
