I was invited in to speak with my eventual manager. He asked me about my major in school and my customer service experience. He seemed to be trying to build repor with me and I went along. It was a very friendly interview. He asked me, why do I believe I am a qualified candidate for the position. I cited my customer service experience and general interest in real estate. I also briefly discussed my entreprenuerial experience of which he seemed impressed. He was very professional and the secretary contacted me the next week to inform me that I received the position.
