The interview process was a two-step process with the manager and COO. The manager interview went well, but the COO asked some odd questions—like why my English doesn’t have an “accent.”
The recruiter was highly disorganized. She scheduled an in-person meeting, but when I arrived at the office, no one was there. Turns out it was supposed to be remote. She also sent my contract to the work email I hadn’t started yet, instead of my personal email.
