J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez bp (Aberdeen, Écosse) en févr. 2014
Entretien
Initial CV screening, followed by psychometric, verbal and numerical reasoning testing. This was followed by a friendly phone interview which asked mainly strength based questions. Technical interview at either Aberdeen or London office followed. This was not too high level as mathematicians and physicists also attend these interviews. The interviewers wanted to see a good thought process rather than the correct answer. Finally an assessment centre involving team, individual and presenting exercises.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez bp (Londres, Angleterre) en févr. 2015
Entretien
- Long interview process, online application with many boxes to be filled about my accomplishments and achievements
- Online behavior questions
- Online numerical and verbal test (very tight on time)
- 45 min telephone interview about why BP, what I expect from the internship
- technical on-site interview in London (all expenses paid); probably the hardest part of the application process. Very challenging questions and a lot of detail. - 5 h assessment centre with 3 exercises (2 1h group discussions and 1 1:1 presentation with a senior geoscientist) in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere
