It was a super simple interview process and there wasn’t much to the questions, but the team felt very fake and the interactions felt forced. However, when offered the role and attempting to negotiate salary I was told that anything additional to the basic offer was “unfair to the rest of the team who didn’t negotiate” and also “you’ll be expected to be available 24/7 during certain periods of the year” that’s a red flag for me.
