Take-home assignment that you have to put on GitHub before talking to anyone. Sort of vague problem description that definitely takes like 10 hours to polish and get correct with good testing. HR didn't respond fast enough for my problem clarifications so I submitted something and got rejected a few hours after submission without any feedback.
