I was invited to attend Assessment Center. It was whole day. We had to build a tower as a group, they were testing our negotiating skills, team work, communication. We had 10 mins to complete a numerical test it was very easy just multiply, division, fractions. Than we had a case study about the service in a hotel and we had to prepare a presentation as a group how to improve service as well prepare financial plan. Then we had to present it infront of three people and they asked as many questions. At the end we had another test Who would you save from a cliff? You have 6 people and you can save only 3. Person specification was provided and you had to judge them based on that.

I had a virtual interview with the company where they indicated they would follow up soon. After two weeks with no communication, I reached out for an update. They responded, saying the position was still open and that they would definitely get back to me, though it could take a few more weeks to a month. Unfortunately, I never heard from them again.
Additionally, I applied to three other roles within the company and didn’t receive any confirmation that my applications were even received. This lack of communication and follow-through has left me with a negative impression of the company’s hiring process.

Group interview with mock scenarios. The company actually said after that they won't recruit more graduate trainees and the position is now closed. Two months later I got insight information from friends working in the company that one graduate has been hired without passing any kind of interview because he was a "direct reference from a senior manager". Don't bother!

Entretien
It was okay. Not hard. Some technical questions were asked including odds calculation. I didn’t get offer despite answering correctly. It took around 10-15 minutes in my case. Was not stressfull, the interviewer was very nice and calm.
