J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez bet365 (Stoke-on-Trent, England)
Entretien
The interview process consisted of with two main stages. The first focused on previous experience, transferable skills and suitability for the role, including questions about translation work, teamwork, attention to detail, working under pressure.
The second stage was a language assessment in the target language, testing translation accuracy, grammar, localisation and overall fluency.
Overall, the process felt relevant to the role, and the interviewers were organised and clear throughout.

Awkwardly long selection progress for such a simple job that is only for 6 months. They want you to train their translator software so that they can do the rest of the job without needing to pay translators. 2 interviews and 2 test translation tasks later that drag on for almost 4 weeks, they just don't even bother to reply back to tell you that you did not make it. Their "competitive salary" is an absolutely ridiculous 13 pounds per hour which then becomes 14 after some imaginary progress you make that they see fit. Absolute time wasters, do not bother with their little sham. Remember their CEO paid herself 400 million last year alone.

The interview was pretty standard, S.T.A.R. based interview questions. It lasted around 1,5 hours. Everyone was pleasant and the atmosphere was good. There were 2 interviewers. It was a bit too long imo, but a positive experience afterall.
