The interview process is lengthy and inconsiderate of candidates who are currently employed. #WageTheft 1st interview was a 30 minute zoom call. 2nd interview, the company had me drive to a different city over an hour away to their headquarters location to meet in-person at an inconvenient time of day, requiring me to take a full day of PTO from my current job. Met with the same person and one other person to answer a lot of the same questions I was asked over zoom. 3rd interview was a fairly lengthy assignment that entailed about 6 hours of unpaid labor.
