This recruitment process was probably the smoothest and best I have ever been part of! From the very first outreach (I was contacted by GSG) until the offer signing, I was kept informed on the status and timelines. I received feedback within 24 hours of all my interviews. I had one 30 minute phone screen, followed by preparing and presenting a case study + interview with line manager and peer, and finally 2 interviews with peers and C-level. Everyone was extremely open, friendly and enthusiastic.
