J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez athenahealth (Austin, TX) en avr. 2018
Entretien
An employee referred me for the position and a recruiter contacted me very quickly to schedule a phone screen. During the phone screen, the recruiter asked standard questions about my background and experience. They also asked why I was interested in the position and the company. At the end of the call, the recruiter said they'd like me to come in and meet the team. I followed up over email to schedule a time but the recruiter never replied back to me even after following up several times.
I contacted the employee I knew to see what's happening and that same day, I finally got response from the recruiter saying we should get on a call again. I, again, followed up with my availability several times with no response at all from the recruiter.

I interviewed at AthenaHealth for Director, Product Management role. They are easily one of the most unprofessional folks I interviewed with. I was introduced to them through HR consultancy and after screening they called me for interview. They didn’t have any clarity about the interview process and on my first visit to their office they just had introductory chat and said that they would be sharing case-study with me. After 30-40 minutes discussion left for the day and received case-study.
I completed the case study and sent them back, which they liked and called for another round of F2F interview. I had one F2F round with one person on my case-study and in between one more person joined same interview. After both rounds were done, I was asked to leave for the day as interview process was over.
Next day I got call from their HR in Chennai and asked my Salary details. Few days later, they called and said there would be one final round of interview with one PM in US. After having that round of interview which went well, I received call from company’s HR that interview went well and they would like me to meet their CTO and VP HR as they are visiting India. I went to the hotel thinking it was an interview but there I got to know that it was their annual day and I was supposed to catch them over drinks along with other successful candidates who have were already offered or were being offered. I was introduced to the leaders and other would be colleagues.
Few days later, I was asked for Salary documents and other documents which I shared. After this they went silent and despite reminders HR didn’t come back. On following up with HR consultancy, they said they will check and get back. 2 days later they reverted back confirming that position is on hold and they would not be filling this position.

Question 1
They called to meet their CTO which I thought of as an interview but turned out to be casual meeting over drinks post successful completion of interview process.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez athenahealth (San Francisco, CA) en juin 2015

A 3rd party recruiter reached out to me as part of a national search. Based on our conversation my resume was shared with an athenahealth recruiter. After a phone screen, the athenahealth recruiter indicated she was interested in scheduling an onsite but needed several weeks to discuss changes with the role. She said to follow up if I hadn't hear back in from her in two weeks. She provided the contact information for a HR support specialist.
After following up with the HR Support Specialist over the period of 3 months, I can only assume athenahealth was not interested in moving forward with an onsite. Unfortunately, rather than communicate that, I was told over and over again that the recruiter would follow up with me that week.
After three months I took another position with another company.
