I had two interviews at Ana-Lab in Kilgore, TX. A benefits package was mentioned which includes only 5 days off for sick/vacation in the first year and there were comments made that most people work through lunch. The second interview started off with a statement that if they gave an offer it would be a huge pay cut from my previous job and asked if I would be okay with that (in front of another current employee) to which I said I would have to discuss with my spouse. I was told to expect to hear back within a week or so. Two weeks later I got a call asking about my interest in the position and if I would like to come in for an interview. I asked who I would be meeting with, and I said "Oh, they were so nice at the second interview. Was there more they needed to discuss so I can be prepared for the meeting?" They clearly forgot who I was and mumbled something about checking with the other interviewers and would call me right back. It's been over two weeks since that phone call and I never heard back, and the position has been removed from the website. This was by far the most unprofessional interview experience I have ever had.
