A month after applying for the job, I received a link to complete an online assessment. I was called for an initial interview and then I had to complete a writing task before the second interview with brand and marketing managers. I got to the final stage, which was an interview with one of the co-founders. I was told HR would be in touch for next steps, but they weren’t. I emailed them a week after the third interview and got no reply. Two weeks after that, I received an email from HR (not in response to my previous message, which went without reply) asking for “a catch up” that week. I replied on the day with my availability only to be ghosted again. I tried reaching out via LinkedIn, but that was ignored, too. Such a disappointing end to the interview process, which had gone smoothly.
