The recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn. I had two interviews, one with HR and one with the data manager and a technical data analyst. The majority of the interview was led by the manager, who explained more details about the job and was focused more on business questions. Towards the end, I got asked more technical questions by the data analyst and I got to ask some questions as well. I didn't pass this second phase, but was told two more phased could have followed, live coding, and a behavioural interview where using STAR format was encouraged. Overall, it was a positive experience, with professional people and they seemed to offer a nice salary and benefits package.
