The worst recruitment process I have ever experienced in my life. Recuriter ended our session within 10 mins mentioning that I was not the right candidate s/he was looking for and a couple of weeks without any apology or explanation asked me to attend next stage interview. It gave me the impression that recruiters are lacking professionalism & their internal processes are quite messy. It is very bad impression/reputation for such a well-known and highly respected company.

2nd Round line manager interview, focusing on experience, skills and cultural fit, with written test to prepare in advance and questions asked related to how you prepare output

Both interview stressed on why adidas and what do you know about the company. Be prepared for this type of question, especially on your knowledge to company.
Nice not too hard, match to experience and straightforward. Mostly you just shared what you have wrote in the resume and explain in detail. Second interview was case study, very easy going

Entretien
The interview was pretty straightforward, first with HR and then with the hiring manager, during which I had to present a Business Case based on the job position. During the second interview the would ask me questions to go deeper into the specifics of the case.
