Send in resume. After about a month of waiting, top participants will get invited to do a video interview. This interview is not like a skype interview, instead it is just a set of prerecorded questions that you must answer while looking at a blank computer screen. I was NOT a fan of this method of interview due to the fact that it is hard to be outgoing and energetic when you are not talking to a person. I was not invited to do any further interviews after the video interview.

Applied online, received email to arrange phone interview with HR two weeks later, mostly about behavioural questions to know about the candidate and skills. Another email notification two days later that I've been selected to move to the next step! Invited to have second interview in person with the hiring manager one week later, very friendly and smooth interview. It's been three weeks after interview and still waiting for reply.
