The first step in the application is a 3 minute 'creative' video -- a very fun take on the application process. It was very disappointing, however, that after all that time and effort, Adidas could not muster up the effort to send anything beyond a poorly pasted two-sentence computer-generated rejection email. How a company can ask so much from its applicants and then deliver so little on their end is saddening. Application processes should serve as a testament to the brand values.

They kept informing me throughout the process which was great and relieving, however I found the video interview process difficult since the time to prepare your answer to the question was quite short and it was only one-take.

There was a question regarding whether I was a more intuitive person (made decisions intuitively) and like to think about things in a creative way and in a bigger picture or someone that was more dependent on data / data analysis and likes to think more in structured ways.. But I do not remember the exact wording.
