I applied through LinkedIn. Got a call from the HR and that was almost like and an informal discussion to understand whether my skills match the job requirements. My HR was James Lodge and he was very polite and friendly.
Next I had a 1 hour interview with the hiring manager and one of his team mates. The interview was mostly on STAR line of questions and they were both very friendly and made me very comfortable.
Next they gave me a Business Case to work on and present. Here, I felt there was a mismatch in expectations on what is required out of the Case study. However, the interview was very informative and received a lot of positive feedback, also, I had a great time :)
After a week James called me to provide me feedback as to why I wasn't selected, it was upsetting but I appreciate the time they took to inform me and provide feedback.
Overall a very positive experience :) and I learned a few things as well

Entretien
The process started with an HR call and afterward a call with the team and then a case study follows up. For me there were a lot of red flags;
- Process took more than 2 months.
- HR call started with mentioning how chaotic the company at this moment.
- Before case study, I have been told it is the final stage but there was an additional surprise interview step indeed.
- Little to no feedback even though you spent a lot of time on the process.
- It takes three emails to get a response and communication is so poor. Mostly no response at all.
Lastly, I have been asked to have another step after the case study but got a response from HR something was wrong with the case study. When I asked why did I got an invite for a step after then they don't know why.
Personal Opinion: If you would like to have a peaceful state of mind during the process and feel valued then don't go for it.

Three interviews, first HR call, then interview including case study with hiring manager and then another final “getting to know each other” in person. It was all relaxed, the first HR call was the toughest as they called without notice
