The process took about 4 months. There was the initial application, one-way video interview, then Skype interview with two senior manager that ended up being my bosses for my internship.

The questions were social media and social presence based. They also asked who my favorite adidas athletes were.

Entretien
Phone interview with one of the PR managers, then interview with 2 managers at the HQ. Everybody was super nice and they introduced me to the rest of the team and the Senior PR manager after the interview. Very friendly conversations and fun atmosphere. Some harder PR related questions.
