First part is a screening call which was nothing major. Next you are invited to an assessment day with 6-10 other candidates. The senior managers will do a presentation on what the role consists of. You will then be putting into teams, and they will ask you to try and figure out the order of a typical order cycle. After that, they will present you with a dilemma (related to what you could face on a day to day) that you will have to discuss within your team how to resolve. Then present back to the senior management what your resolution is and your reason for the resolution. Finally, you’ll be called in individually to do a typical STAR like interview. In all at lasts around 2 2-3 hours.
In all honesty, it is a great interview procedure you will feel at ease, and it gives you a good insight into the role, well the glamorous parts about it at least.
